First let me say Thank You Jesus for the life that I have been blessed with.  I am a humbled servant in your name.  Everyone give Jesus some praise today.  I could not have come this far in my life without my faith and belief that through GOD all things are possible.  Can I get an amen?

CMC - Big Hair

Hey peeps.  Back with another card.  The new challenge over at Color Me Creative is all about hair.  Yup, I used to rock BIG hair back in the 80's.  LOL  I would tease it up and rock it girl!  And sad to say I still see some of my friends rocking that look.  Let it go ladies, let it go!!  I used my Copic markers to color up this image from Kraftin' Kimmie.  The colors I used were E57, E25, E27.  Well at least those of the colors I remember in my head.  LOL

I hope you join in on the challenge.  I love to see what colors talented people use to color hair.  Always looking for more color combos.  And if you are not at the fabulous stage of coloring hair, make sure you pick up Suzanne's hair coloring class.  You'll be rocking hair in no time. Happy Easter

Hey peeps.  Here's one last card before Easter arrives on Sunday.  I thought I would throw my hat into the ring of a couple of challenges.  I've had this imaged colored up for what seems to be like YEARS and finally got around to placing it on a card.  Have you ever done that?  Colored up something and just held on to it?  I seem to do that alot.  I have a basket full of images that are colored and matched with paper.  All I need to do is find a sketch and my card is done.  The only probably is, I love to color so I totally end up forgetting about the ones that are already done.  LOL

Anyway, my card is heading over to following challenges:

Glamour Girl

Hey peeps. I hope you have been enjoying yourself this week on my blog.  So many great projects to share.  Today's card is for the Kraftin' Kimmie challenge and Party Time Tuesdays challenge.  I am in love with this image called Annette from KK.  I think she is retired now but she is still smoking hot on my card. I decided to not add a ton of embellishments to my card so she really too front and center.

I colored her up with my Copic markers and added some red glitter around the sentiment.  Can you see the sparkle fishnets she's wearing?  LOL  So sassy!!  I had a fun time coloring her up for my card.

Hey peeps.  It's time for another Tasty Tuesday over at Your Next Stamp.  Karen has been finding the hottest color combos for us to use for our Tasty Tuesday treats. This is the last one for March.  So here is my card using the colors from this month's inspiration.

I used the adorable Smiley Happy Critter Crew Set One.  This are the cutest ever little critters.  I framed my little friend with the Insta Love Polariod Die. The cute little button came from the Whatnots Die Set - Back to School.

Tiddly Inks Fun

Hey peeps.  Happy hump day!  I hope everyone is having a great week so far.  I had the chance to join in on the fun over at Tiddly Inks .For this week's challenge it was an anything but a CARD.  Yikes, no cards? 

Never fear my dear....you have a Silhouette. :-)  What you are looking at is the spine of a A2 card holder.  This is where I will store all my Happy Birthday cards that I make with Tiddly Inks images until they are ready to go off to their lucky recipient.  LOL 









Here's a side view of the box.  I LOVE how this turned out.  Super easy too.  I has some left over paper from Stampin' Up and it was perfect for my little box.  Faythe, the adorable image from Tiddly Inks, is colored up with Copic markers.

YNS Sneak Peek

Hey peeps.  Do I have a treat for you today.  My card is featuring the new stamp called Layla that will be released this week from Your Next Stamp.  Isn't she the cutest?!?!  I'm in love with this deer.  I'm also showing off the new die set that is being released as well this week.  The paperclip and the paper end on the deer image are done using the Whatnots Set Two Back to School die set.

Spring Time Fun at Color Me Creative

Hey peeps.  I'm back with another challenge from Color Me Creative.  First let me say thank you to all my peeps for the birthday wishes.  I had a fabulous weekend.  My twin and I are sooo alike.  We both sent each other a piece of jewelry for our birthday without even knowing it.  I swear by that saying twins think alike.  LOL

Fun Friday Your Next Stamp - Celebrate!!

 

Hey peeps.  So glad you stopped by today.  I have an inspiring card to show you.  It's Fun Friday at Your Next Stamp and our theme is something to celebrate.  Well, I have something fabulous to celebrate.  I received news that one of my dear friends has been diagnosed as being CANCER FREE!!! So it's hello life, where is the party?!?!  This adorable image from Your Next Stamp called Fight Like A Girl  is perfect for my card. 

I used Simple Stories Snap Life paper pack and colored it will my Copic markers.  I love how this card came out.  Here is a closeup so you can see some of the sparkle on their dresses.  I hand wrote the sentiments with a Copic multiliner marker.

Here's one more view of my card.  This card just makes me soooo happy!!  What great news to start a weekend.  Cheers to all the ladies and gentleman who have beat cancer, are beating cancer and staying strong.

Pre-Birthday Wishes

Hey Peeps.  In honor of my upcoming birthday on Sunday, YUP THE BIG 30...all over again. :-) I made a few cards for my twin sister that I thought I would share with all of you.  I am so eternally grateful to have a sister like my twin.  She is so strong, beautiful and smart.  She got the brains and I got the big butt when God was handing out our make up! This is my card to her:

I could not get a really good picture of the one my husband gave to her but it is adorable.  I will try again to see if I can get a better pic.  All of my cards were made on my handy dandy Silhouette.  I just love this machine.

Well DeDe, Happy birthday to my first better half!  Love you to pieces.  Let's drink to another year of LIFE!!  And Happy St. Patrick's Day to everyone out there.

Kraftin' Kimmie - Clean and Simple

Hey peeps.  Hope you are having a great weekend.  I've had a chance to come play in my stamp room today.  I wanted to join in on the clean and simple fun over at Kraftin' Kimmie.  This image called Suzette is kicking up her heels.  This is my motto from now on...YES YOU CAN CAN!!!  So cute.

I colored Suzette up with Copic markers and fussy cut her out.  I figured I would just pop her up on a white background to make the image stand out without having to compete with another color.

Tiddly Inks Challenge 105

I told you I would be back with another card. :-)  I just had to join in on the fun over at Tiddly Inks.  The challenge this week was Clean and Simple.  Perfect for my Donna image today.  We have been getting a beat down with rain here in Georgia.  I really should not be complaining as it is watering my grass and flowers for free.  ;-)  But enough is enough.  I would like at least one weekend with any rain.

Spring Is In The Air

Hey peeps.  We are almost at FRIDAY!!  I'm back with another card.  Spring is in the air here in Georgia.  The cherry blossoms are starting to bloom and my grass is turning a hint of green.  Can't wait for spring to get here.  I'm sooo tired of the cold weather.

In honor of springs arrival soon I made this card using a Sassy Cheryl image and sentiment from Kraftin' Kimmie.  I love how this card turned out.  All the happy colors of spring. 

Maybe we will get a little bit more rain so my roses will start blooming too.  We shall see.

Spring Time

Hey peeps.  Have a quick card for you today.  I wanted to join in on the fun at Twisted Tuesday and Saturated Canary challenges came up with this card.  I have been following Alyce Keegan on her YouTube channel to practice my Copic coloring.  I must say that I am OVER THE MOON with the way this card came out.  Took me a while to color it but sooo worth it.  The challenge at Twisted Tuesday was to make a "spring like" card with a twist.  My twist is the recycled flowers on my card.  They came on a package I received from a friend so I took them off of that package and placed them on my card.  And the challenge this week at Saturated Canary was good verses evil.  Of course my card is for the GOOD!!

Anything Goes at CMC

Hey peeps.  How's it going?  It's time for another challenge at Color Me Creative.  This one is super easy...Anything Goes!!  Now that's easy. :-)  I used this adorable image from Digital Delights.  Isn't he too cute!!  I thought I would run with the button theme since he had one in his little hand.  I have to say I'm a little bit smitten with this card.

Hey peeps.  Happy Easter.  All I can say is Thank You Jesus for giving my life.  I am a humbled servant blessed beyond measures.  I hope everyone today can say a prayer thanking Jesus for all that he has done for us.

I have a few minutes this early morning to post my last Easter card.  But I think I'm going to send this to a friend of mine.  She is one of my favorite "chicks" around.  I'm sure she will get a kick out of this card.  I'm also playing along with the Featured Stamper challenge over at Splitcoaststampers.  A HUGE congrats to Lesley for being selected this week.

Gotta run so I can get some sleep prior to church.  Everyone has a blessed Sunday.
