RI Sketch!!

Woo hoo...it's sketch time.  Today's RI sketch is awesome.  For some reason I really had an out of the box experience with this sketch.  I had some many ideas for this sketch that I could not keep my mind from being all over the place.  I finally came up with this card.  The image of course is from Repeat Impressions called Lupine.  I am very fond of this image.  The used only part of the sentiment from the 8600 plate.  The stamp actually says Thank So Much.

RI Stamp of the Week

Happy Monday everyone.  I see your back for another Repeat Impressions Stamp of the Week.  Glad you stopped by.  Today's RI stamp is called Damselfly (scroll down just a bit on the page to see the image 4402).  I had fun making this card.  I used some paper from my TAC collection and make my damselfly take flight right off the paper.  And to add to this beautiful image I used one of my sentiments from my RI 8600 plate. I don't know if you can tell or not but it's on pop dots.  I needed a little bit of "texture" so I used my glitter pen to add some sparkle.

Exciting News and a YNS Challenge

Hey everyone.  I have some exciting news to share.  I won my very first on-line card challenge.  Woo hoo!!! I posted a card for the Gina K Stamptv x-mas card challenge last week and actually won!!  I'm so humbled and honored to have been chosen as last weeks winner. 

So with that being said I'm on to my next challenge of many in the coming days.  Today I'm entering the Your Next Stamp Challenge.  The challenge is to make an easel card.  Oh, how I love easel cards.  I had this super hip chick from Kenny K stamp called All That already colored and waiting for a card.  The sentiment is from One Hip Chick stamp set from The Stamping Studio.  It went perfect with this image.

I have a few more cards to make today so I better get back to stamping.  Wish me luck on this challenge.

Oh is it Monday already?  Don't know where my weekend went.  Anyway, I didn't have a chance to participate in yesterdays SCS Feature Stamper Challenge so I'm posting my card today.  I am a HUGE fan of Latisha.  She is just the sweetest and most caring person I know.  Hugs to you Latisha.  Her gallery is packed full of amazing cards.  You just have to check it out.  It's never to late to participate in any of the challenges.

Three Challenges in One

TGIF!!  I hear some of you yelling this right now. LOL  It is Friday for sure.  I'm still at home not feeling my best but didn't let the meds take me down until I participated in the challenges on Stamptv, SCS and Colourq today.  For these challenges you had to use pink, black, white and gray, dry embossing, snowflakes and pearls .  I think I succeeded on carrying out that mission.  Super easy card to make so I can see this card becoming the first of many for my holiday cards this year.  What do you think?

DT Call

Hey everyone Your Next Stamp is having a DT Call.  You have to check out this website.  There are the most adorable images on this site.  Such cute whimsical stamps. I just love them all. The DT call will run until the end of the month. I can see great possibilities with all of these images for cards, scrapbook layouts, altered items.  You name it!!
