Color My Holiday Cards

Hi everyone. Here's my card for today's SCS challenge. I combined two challenges, the color challenge from yesterday and today's sketch challenge. I used Pretty In Pink, Going Gray, Sage Shadows and Whisper White as my colors for today's card. I think these colors are so pretty together. I then ran my paper through my Cuttlebug with the snowflake embosser folder. I love that folder for holiday cards. I then stamped my snowflake with Sage Shadow and Going Gray. You can't really tell I used both colors. I think colored in some of the snowflake with Pretty In Pink. I hope you like my little creation today. Check back here tomorrow for a new Inktegrity release. See ya soon.

Batty For You

I'm batty for Wednesdays!!! Okay, maybe a little corny today. LOL It is mid week and I'm on the down slope to my weekend. Woo hoo!!! Here's another awesome image being released today at Inktegrity. This little bats are flying in with a holder full of treats. I'm going to make these for my co-workers this Halloween. My kids are 14 and 19 so they don't go out and get the tons of candy like the used to. Boy I miss those days but I know my hips are saying thank goodness for that. LOL I used my Nestabilities inverted square to make this super fast holder. If you would like a template, please feel free to e-mail me. I also have the template for the candy wrapper I showed you on Monday. Make sure you run not walk on over to the Inktegrity blog and pick yourself up some images to start making your treat holders. I'm sure people will think you're just the sweetest thing heading their way. Have a great day everyone!

Trick or Treat?

Happy Monday everyone. Do I have some treats for you. It's release time at Inktegrity and I wanted to give you something sweet to think about. :-) Here is one of the new images call Bridey that is being released starting today. I think this image ROCKS. I can see some really punk rock hair with her. LOL

She's so cute that I used her on both sides of my candy bar holder. Instead of a Hershey's bar I put a granola bar in the inside (ya know for the parents that want their kids to eat healthy). I colored her with my Copic markers. I found this supercute paper at Hobby Lobby. I used some scrap ribbon that I have in one of my drawers. Make sure you head on over to the Inktegrity blog and catch a peek at what the other design team members have to show you. Trust me it's going to be a treat for the eyes. You have one last chance today to catch yourself some stick blog candy. Have a wonderful Monday everyone and see ya back soon..

Getting My Mojo and Color On

Happy Tuesday everyone. I'm finally getting around to doing this weeks Mojo Monday and SCS Color Challenge. Thank goodness I already had this image stamped so call I had to do was color it. The DP is from TAC called Mulberry Meadow. I thought it would work with the Old Olive Eggplant Elegant and Basic Black paper for the color challenge. I colored my image with Copic colors V06, V09, G94 and G99. You can't tell by the photo but I used a gel pen to add a little sparkle to the figs. I used my SU scallop punch for the little border at the bottom. I wish I had more time to stamp tonight but I'm off to make sure my son and husband have a good meal tonight. Nothing like showing a little love to your family. I rather just have an ice cream sundae for dinner but I don't think that will go over very well with a hungry 14 year old. May I can convince him that we all should eat dessert first. :-) Have a great evening everyone and see ya back here soon. Don't forget....there is still some sticky blog candy up for grabs on the Inktegrity blog. Don't miss your chance to get a stamp cavity!!!

Birthday Wishes

Good morning everyone. I hope you are having a blessed Sunday. I've already been inspired by an awesome sermon this morning and I'm ready for a wonderful day. And what other way to start a wonderful day but to case a SCS Featured Stamper. Today's lucky lady is Lori (LMcAree). Lori's gallery is just full of jaw dropping cards. I had a very hard time choosing which one I wanted to CASE. I did finally com up with this layout from her card here. I love this layout and have used it a few times. It always seems to make the perfect card. Today I used an image I stamped from my dear friend Deb. I think he's just adorable. I colored him with my Copic Markers (Y03, Y24, RV25, BG72, Y11). I had this birthday paper in my (you know) scrap bin. I'm just finding all kinds of treasures in that bin. LOL I used SU So Saffron and Basic Black to layer the DP. I'm holding onto this card as I have a little boy's birthday coming up just around the corner. I can finally say, I'm ahead of the birthday game this time. I'm the aunt who's cards are always late. Don't know how when I have so many on hand?!?! Oh well. Make sure you go check out Lorr's gallery today and create something new. Definately don't forget Joni is still giving you a chance to win some sticky blog candy. Stop by the Inktegrity blog today and enter to win. Take care everyone and see ya back soon.
